No computer required — just your Hope Dealer mini flyers or business cards that we printed for you!

This is the easiest and most powerful method for connecting with people in your everyday life.

Where to use it: At church, Sunday school, lunch with friends, club meetings, or family gatherings.

How to do it: Carry a small stack of your Hope Dealer business cards or mini flyers with you.

Hand one directly to a friend and say: “I’d love for you to see what I’m involved with at The Prisoner’s Hope. If you open your phone camera and point it at this square code, a short video of me will pop right up!“

NOTE: Encourage them to keep the card/flyer on their fridge or desk as a reminder for Give for Good Louisville on September 10th.

If you use text messaging on your mobile phone, this takes less than a minute and reaches people right where they are.

Sample Text to Copy:

“Hi [Name]! Give for Good Louisville is coming up on Sept 10th. I recorded a short video about why The Prisoner’s Hope means so much to me. You can watch it right here: [Insert Your Hope Dealer Web Link]. I’d be so grateful if you’d take a look!”

How to do it: 

• Open your text messages and pick a friend or family member.
• Type out a warm, simple message and share your video link from The Prisoner’s Hope website.
• How to share the video:
  • Go to ThePrisonersHope.org
  • Click on Give for Good Louisville image
  • Click on your video
  • Click on “…” in top right corner, then “Copy URL”
  • Go back to your message and right after your note, tap the space where your cursor is blinking and hold your finger down for 2 seconds.
  • Release your finger, and a small box will pop up that says Paste.
  • Tap Paste. Your web link will instantly appear right after your message!
• Hit send!

If you prefer typing on a computer or tablet, sending a short personal email is a wonderful way to reach out.

Suggested Subject Line: A quick video update from [Your Name]

Sample Email to Copy:

Dear [Name],
As many of you know, I am honored to serve as a Hope Dealer for The Prisoner's Hope. Give for Good Louisville is on September 10th, and we are trusting God for great things! I recently recorded a quick video sharing a piece of my story. You can watch it directly on our website here: [Insert Your Hope Dealer Web Link]. Thank you so much for your prayers and support!

If you already use Facebook to stay in touch with family and friends, you can share your video link in just two clicks.

How to do it:

1. Copy your specific video link from the TPH website.

2. Go to Facebook, click “What’s on your mind?”, and paste the link into the box. Facebook will automatically show a preview of your video page!

3. Add a simple note: “Please take a minute to watch my video for Give for Good Louisville!” and click Post.
